I am going to tell you about my favourite Swedish traditions, some are of course not just Swedish tradtions but shared by other countries as well. I will tell you how I celebrate them, why I like them and a little bit about their origin.

Licorice ice cream. I love licorice candy but have always been a bit skeptical towards licorice ice cream. However recently I tried a new licorice ice cream, and I must say that this is now one of my all time favourite ice cream flavours.
